During winter we have been working hard to deliver better cryptocurrency exchange services in all aspects.

These are the changes and improvements we have made:

Ease of registration

• Removed KYC for crypto/crypto trading – to register just enter your email, country and password and you can start trading.

Ease of trading

• 3 order types are now available. You can place market, limit and based on time orders. Find out more about them.
• Leaving order comments are enabled which allows additional functionality and flexibility while trading.
• Tradingview professional trading charts are now available for the majority of the trading pairs.

Ease of usage

• For our Lithuanian clients we have launched a Lithuanian version of the website Kaiserex.lt.
• Completely renewed FAQ section in all languages.
• Tweaked depositing and various user interface features.

Support

• Added live support during working hours and made sure support replies in maximum 1 day on non business days.

Depositing

• Added credit card deposit option.

Order size and fees

• Lowered minimum order size to 10 EUR and minimized fees.

Stablecoin support

• Added support for 6 stablecoins.
